Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the nature of our research products, we are unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used. All sales of opened products are final.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund and Return Policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
